This is a regional delicacy with only the best characteristics. Full flavour of ripe cherries with 42%vol alcohol. Destilled only with the typical cherries from the Black Forest.

Black Forest ham, or Schwarzwälder Schinken in German is a smoked ham produced in our Black Forest region of Germany.
Black Forest ham has a very pronounced flavor and is common in German cuisine. It may be eaten fresh, for example on bread or with fruit, or used as an ingredient in cooked dishes.

This ham has been made in one of the best butcher shops in Germany.

witches' shoes made of jute with grip sole from 57,00 €

The so called witch shoe is made of jute and therfore of hard-wearing quality. The braid of jute is made of quality fiber which does not braek fast. The aperture of the shoe is bordered with a border where the word "Schwarzwald" can be seen. The inside is lined with soft red cloth. A grip sole is glued to the bottom of the shoe to protect the shoe from wetness, etc.

cherry jam with kirschwasser, 225 gr. 4,50 €

Ripe cherries and a shot of Kirschwasser make this jam to one of the most favorite jams of our clients.
It is made in the Schwarwaelder Genusswerkstatt in St Georgen where the fruits are carefully processed without artifical colors and flavors.

Ingrediants: Sugar, cherries, Kirschwasser (6%), citric acid, pektin. Full amount of sugar more than 55 g / 100 g of jam, 53 g fruit / 100 g jam.
