The Hoellentaeler is a herbal liqueur of 52 % Vol composed of healing herbs, fruits, roots, barks from China, the Andes, the Philippines and the European Alps. The special composition results in a very aromatic taste. The liqueur is apted to flambé fruits or ice cream and as well to mix for a long drink. To add a big shot of it for example in tea or coffee disperses the cold of the winter.

We destilled this Black Forest beer schnapps from the regional "Waldhaus Diplom Doppelbock".

Character: nice aroma of grain, a light charcter of malt, clean at palate, nice strcture, spicy leaving.

Assenhauser ist ein Kräuterbitterlikör nach einer Rezeptur von Professor Doktor Diermeier. Er ist zusammengestellt aus wertvollen Heilkräutern, Früchten, Wurzeln und Rinden aus den Anden, China, den Philippinen und den europäischen Alpen.
Diese werden nach einem geheimen Rezept genauestens ausgewogen und gemischt. Den verwendeten Heilkräutern wird von altersher eine gute Wirkung vor allem bei Beschwerden im Verdauungstrakt aber auch bei Husten und Erkältungskrankeiten zugeschrieben. Assenhauser ist bekannt und beliebt als ausgesprochenes Wohlfühltröpfchen.

This spirit does have a very intensive raspberry fruit aroma due to the sunny region of the south of Black Forest. It is made of accurate hand sorted raspberries.

"Zibaertle" how we call this wild plums brandy is a Black Forest rarity. People appreciate delicate almond taste. The liddle desired fruits are growing on wild bushes and need to be picked by hand. Full and fruity on the nose and palate. An exceptional degestive for a rich meal!

Sunchoke schnapps white, 42%vol, 0,35 l. 12,00 €

This schnapps is regional speciality and in the south of the Black Forest we call it Topi. It made of the corm or potato of the sunchoke which does have a lot of starch. Its taste is very distinctive and a little bit like gentian. In our region we serve this schnapps after a rich dinner. Some people say it does have a good efect on the gastrointestinal tract. Made in our own destillary.
